Purple Rain Wheel Cleaner is an iron removing wheel cleaner designed to loosen and aid in removal of brake dust and general road grime from wheels easily and safely!
Perfect For:
- Clear-coated alloy wheels (most vehicles)
- Matte or satin wheels
How To Use:
- Start on a cool temperature wheel.
- Spray off loose dirt and apply wheel cleaner generously.
- Allow 1-3 min of dwell time.
- Agitate with a soft brush or clean microfiber towel.
- Rinse and dry.
* DO NOT: Use on uncoated or polished metals (i.e. raw aluminum).
* DO NOT: Apply on hot wheels, let dry, or apply in direct sunlight.

I’ve been using a decent wheel & tire cleaner on my car for a while and thought I was pretty satisfied with until I used WD Supply Purple Rain Wheel Cleaner today. Apparently the previous cleaner was leaving a layer of filmy residue behind. This morning, I sprayed the WD wheel cleaner on the wheel and it lifted off a lot of residue that turned gooey when mixed with the WD wheel cleaner. Apparently, the cleaner lifted it from the wheel. The end result is that the wheel has more shine and luster than normal. Looks great!
Great product, effortless cleaner, spray on light scrub, and rinse. Will be buying more in the future.
